Alatus is a context graph. It holds your notes, documents and projects together with the traces of the work that made them — the conversations, the decisions, the runs — so that how something came to be is still findable long after it is finished.

Your notes, documents and projects — and the work beside them. A conversation with an assistant is an item in the graph you can read, tag and link, not a window that closes. So is a decision, and so is the run that produced a file.
On a machine you own. One codebase is planned in three shapes: a server for a household or a small team, a small machine, and a single book that runs where its reader already is.
It is written as data it reads back. The commands, the screens and the rules are declared rather than buried, so the system can describe what it does instead of asking you to assume it.
